A Brief Introduction to the School of Economics and Law of Zhejiang Gongshang University Hangzhou College of Commerce

Undergraduate Programs:The School of Economics and Law is one of the largest and most distinctive schools of Zhejiang Gongshang University Hangzhou College of Commerce. The School has seven business majors --- Economics, International Economy and Trade, Finance including CFA (American Chartered Financial Analyst), Trade Economy, Economic Statistics, Law, and Internet Finance. Among them, International Economy and Trade and Finance are emerging specialties in Zhejiang Province.

Faculty: The School of Economics and Law currently has a faculty of over 70 full-time teachers and researchers, including  11 professors, 14 associate professors, 9 postgraduate supervisors, 8 doctoral degree holders, 4 Ph.D. candidates, 1 star teacher of Zhejiang Province , and 1 candidate at the third level of “151 Talent Project” in Zhejiang Province. One third of the faculty have had experience as overseas students, visiting scholars or trainees in the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia and other countries. They are able to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western education and are deeply loved by students. 

Research Centers: Rural Revitalization Strategy Research Institute, Big Data Finance Institute, Transitional Economics Institute, International Trading Institute, etc.

Laboratory: Big Data Finance Laboratory, International Trade Laboratory, Quantitative Economic Analysis Laboratory.

Off-Campus Practical Educational Base: Zhejiang Ping An Insurance Company, Zhejiang Tonghuashun Company, Tonglu County People’s Court, etc.
