The "Blue Sky" project aims at enhancing faulty internationalization, which sends  promising teachers  to foreign key universities for study and research, and academic leaders and young administrators to key universities overseas for training as well. Up to now, more than 20 faculty members have benefited from the program and applied what they have learned from their abroad experience in their teaching and research.
