The opening ceremony about Postgraduate Joint Training Work and Postgraduate Joint Training Office was successfully held by  our College and Zhejiang Gongshang UniversityOn November 4th afternoon, the opening ceremony about Postgraduate Joint Training Work and Postgraduate Joint Training Office was held in the conference room 104 in the library by Zhejiang Gongshang University Hangzhou College of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as “College”)  and Zhejiang Gongshang University. The vice-president Su Weihua of Zhejiang Gongshang University attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The vice-president Cai Meiqiang of Zhejiang Gongshang University Graduate School and the president Jiang Tao of our College attended the opening ceremony. In addition, the heads of functional departments of the College, administrative deans of Schools, Master tutors and students’ representatives attended the meeting. The activity was hosted by Zhang Shiyue, vice president of the College.Su Weihua delivered a speech at the meeting on behalf of Zhejiang Gongshang University. He started with congratulating on the orderly progress of the joint training of graduate students and fully affirmed the achievements of the College in recent years. He pointed out that the joint training of graduate students is an important landmark achievement of the College, and Zhejiang Gongshang University will fully support the relevant construction of the College. At the same time, he stressed that the College should continue to do its best at the job from three aspect according to the actual work needs. Firstly, it should strengthen the top-level design, integrate graduate training into the overall category of disciplines and specialty construction, strengthen the training of faculties, and further refine the implementation; Secondly, it shall adhere to the general direction of cultivating morality and cultivating people, adhere to the strict control of professional quality and other aspects, adhere to the high standard configuration of the tutor team; Thirdly, we should pay attention to the standardization of training process and establish special rules and regulations to truly demonstrate the value of joint training. In the end, he expressed his firm belief that with the support of the Zhejiang Gongshang University, the leadership of the College team and the efforts of all the staff of the College, the joint training will certainly promote the College to further and improve its running level.  Jiang Tao delivered a keynote speech at the meeting on behalf of the College. First of all, he expressed his gratitude to Zhejiang Gongshang University for its support to the joint training of graduate students. He pointed out that joint training of graduate students is an effective way to cultivate comprehensive talents needed for social development in this new era, and is of great value in promoting joint training of high-brow intellectuals, improving the quality of intellectual training, and enhancing the ability of scientific and technological innovation to tackle crucial issues. It is of great significance to carry out the joint training of graduate students. At length, he warmly addressed the participants and expressed his hope about seeking opportunities to hold discipline seminars with the Zhejiang Gongshang University, and making joint efforts in the application and training process of the College's Master program, so as to help the College set sail for the development of disciplines. Then, with enthusiastic applause, Vice President Su Weihua and Dean Jiang Tao jointly inaugurated the office of graduate Joint training.At the meeting, the two sides also had an in-depth exchange on the specific operation and implementation plan of further training for graduate student. After the exchange, Su weihua and his delegation paid a visit around the campus accompanied by the leaders of the College and took photos with the teachers and students who attended the meeting.It is reported that promoting the joint training of graduate students has alwaysbeen the focus of the College.This move has received positive response and strong support from Zhejiang Gongshang University. In December 2020, the two sides successfully signed a joint training agreementfor graduate student, laying a foundation for the College to carry out the training of  graduate student. The signing of the cooperation agreement and the opening of the joint training office for graduate students is an important node in the course of discipline construction and development of our College. It will play a pivotal role in the development and promotion of discipline construction of our College in the future, as well as the declaration of Master degree program.
